Deposit & group cancellation policy
A deposit is required to confirm your booking.

30+ days before arrival: deposit refunded, less a $5 per room cancellation fee.

Within 30 days of arrival: deposit is non-refundable.
Supervision & responsibility
Group organisers are responsible for supervising their group and managing behaviour; this is not the role of holiday park staff. Organisers are financially responsible for any damage caused by group members.
Guest conduct & quiet hours
All group members must act responsibly and be considerate of other guests. Please keep noise to a minimum at all times; quiet hours are 10pm–7am.
